Susan Canavan's career spans 23 years as a leading Real Estate Broker. She is well known for her leading edge approach to marketing by not only becoming one of the first exclusive affiliates of Christie's Great Estates in the Coachella Valley but, too, for representing Landmark estates in Southern California.

Susan's career began in London as a research analyst for The Ministry of Defense and as a Merchant Banking credit analyst, after which she moved to USA in 1980.

Embarking on her new life and career in the luxury real estate markets in Newport Beach and Beverly Hills, Susan gained the foundation for her reputation as a polished professional in the most exclusive markets. Since then, she has conducted several hundred million dollars in sales transactions encompassing both residential and commercial properties.

Following a relocation to the Coachella Valley, in 1984, Susan enjoyed five years at the new and exclusive Vintage Club, in Indian Wells. The experience helped to develop her vast client base of prominent people, a scholarly appreciation for quality construction, design and finishing trends.

As a longtime member of the California Desert Association of Realtors, Susan has continued to excel year after year. Many awards for excellence in real estate sales have been bestowed upon her as testament to the consummate professional that Susan is. She has been quoted in numerous publications and has made guest appearances on radio and television.

Susan and her husband, John, are active members of Bighorn Golf Club and they reside in Rancho Mirage with their two children.

Deirdre Coit moved to the Desert from Washington DC in 1977, and later began her real estate career at The Vintage Club, a world-class development of golf and tennis estates in Indian Wells. In 1990, Deirdre & Susan partnered in the opening of their own real estate company, Canavan Coit, Inc., the boutique office specializing in multi-million dollar estate properties, and the first and only affiliate of Christies' Great Estates in the Coachella Valley.

Specializing in sales of estate properties, valued in excess of $1,000,000, Deirdre's portfolio consistently offers homes in the finest desert locations. Currently, Deirdre represents sellers in the Rancho Mirage communities of Thunderbird Heights, Mission Ranch, Clancy Lane and La Residence. Her listings further encompass the prestigious locations of The Vintage Club, Indian Wells; Old Las Palmas, Palm Springs; The Citrus Country Club, La Quinta; The Summit and Big Horn Golf Club, Palm Desert.

Deirdre's vast client base is comprised of many notable people. They include magnates of the fast food and computer software industries, marketing innovators, politicians, developers, an international referral network among brokers and satisfied past clients. She attributes her success in Real Estate to integrity, honesty, and knowledge of her market.

Deirdre and her husband, Alan, are members of Tamarisk Country Club and reside in Rancho Mirage. Their two grown children, Rachel and Justin, are alumni of USC and reside in Los Angeles.
