International coverage is achieved through continuous internet advertising via "canavancoit.com" and, the *N.A.R. website, "REALTOR.com®", the largest real estate database in the world. "canavancoit.com" is advertised in every publication and, weekly, in The Wall Street Journal during season.

It remains the sellers' own discretion whether or not to avail the home to the public through open houses. It is felt, however, that open houses can provide an invaluable opportunity to introduce your home to greater numbers of prospective buyers.
